In August I had the pleasure of capturing Sandra and Andrew’s  Trudder Lodge wedding. It was my first time shooting at this venue and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Built in 1835, Trudder Lodge is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the Wicklow mountains.  With beautiful walled gardens and woodland pathways surrounding the beautiful Georgian building, it provided the perfect backdrop to what was a very special wedding.

Andrew is a well-known face on the Irish wedding circuit. He is the very talented videographer from Eye capture weddings and I’ve had the pleasure of working with him many times. I was thrilled when he and Sandra asked me to capture their day.

A very obvious love story unfolded in front of my camera. Sandra beamed, Andrew, beamed back. Their connection and love really came across and Trudder Lodge was clearly the perfect venue for them.

Here are a few of my favourite images from their big day.

Thanks Sandra and Andrew for making me a part of your day. I really had a ball capturing the memories.
