This June 21st, 2017 saw a wonderful candlelit celebration of the Summer solstice at the Boyne Brewhouse in Drogheda, Co.Louth. Part of the Boyne Valley Food Series, this unique event was beautifully styled and catered for by Jeni Glasgow and Reuven Diaz of The Eastern Seaboard Bar & Grill, alongside their great team.
Guests enjoyed a tasting menu featuring locally-sourced, artisan produce, accompanied by The Boyne Brewhouse’s craft beers and select cocktails.
The experience included live music, storytelling and an opportunity to learn a little about the art of brewing craft beer.
The night was a great success and really showcased a taste of the Boyne Valley & beyond.
